CHANGE: Kansas Revokes Drivers’ Licenses of 1,700 Trans-Identifying Individuals. “Hundreds of people who claim to be transgender have already received letters from the state telling them their driver’s licenses are ‘invalid immediately,’ according to the report. The letters also inform them they “may be subject to additional penalties” if they continue to drive unless they receive a new one with their birth sex from the Kansas Division of Vehicles and surrender the old license.”

PUNCH BACK TWICE AS HARD: First Grader’s ‘Any Life’ Message Sparks Major First Amendment Ruling.
The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in favor of an elementary school student’s First Amendment rights after she was punished for adding the words “any life” to a picture of “Black Lives Matter.”
The student, with the initials B.B., said she added the message while in first grade in 2021, inspired by a lesson on Martin Luther King Jr. She shared the drawing with a friend.
The school principal told her the drawing was inappropriate and punished her, according to the Pacific Legal Foundation, which represented the family in the case. The principal forced her to apologize, banned her from giving drawings to classmates, and excluded her from recess for two weeks.
The parents, who didn’t find out about the punishment until a year later, sued the Capistrano Unified School District in San Juan Capistrano, California.
Good lord.

EPIC FURY: Trump: ‘Practically nothing left’ to bomb in Iran.
In a phone interview with Axios, Trump said there is “practically nothing left to target,” just “little this and that. … Any time I want it to end, it will end.”
He also claimed the U.S.-Israeli military campaign “is going great.”
“We are way ahead of the timetable. We have done more damage than we thought possible, even in the original six-week period,” Trump said.The Trump administration has offered shifting timelines and objectives for the war, which is in its 11th day and has been met with retaliatory strikes from Iran.
Trump originally said the conflict was estimated to last four to five weeks, but he announced Monday it was “pretty much” complete and would end “soon.”
The operation ought to continue until the regime runs out of money.

The latest flight took off from Spaceport America over White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico, and operators flew Quarterhorse remotely from the company’s ground-based flight deck. The unmanned aircraft is about as big as an F-16 fighter and three times the size of its predecessor Mk 1, which flew for the first time last May.
“Hermeus’ Quarterhorse program follows a rapid, iterative development roadmap in which multiple aircraft are designed, built, and flown in quick succession—steadily increasing speed and performance,” the company said in a statement. “By continuously building and flying prototypes, the company uses real flight data to refine designs, reduce risk, and accelerate progress with each new aircraft.”
Part of an iterative development and test plan, the flight is a step toward Hermeus’ larger goal of mass-producing high-speed drones and passenger aircraft for both commercial and defense customers. In the near-term, officials have said the next goal is to fly the next iteration of Quarterhorse, Mk 2.2, at supersonic speeds.
