COLD WAR II: As China raids U.S. businesses and arrests workers, the corporate landscape is getting ‘very risky.’ “The risks of doing business in China are increasing for foreign companies. The offices of Capvision, a consulting firm with offices in New York and Shanghai, and two American firms have been raided in recent weeks as Chinese authorities exercise their power under a new security law.”

Beijing won’t crack down hard enough to drive out anyone important, just hard enough to make western businesses behave like good Communists.

BIDEN’S AMBASSADOR TO ISRAEL OK’D GRANT TO UNDERMINE ISRAEL: Wait a minute, I thought ambassadors were supposed to represent the wishes of their country to another nation. I’m from out of town and all, but that’s long been my understanding.

So, if outgoing U.S. Ambassador to Israel Thomas Nides backed a grant of almost $1 million to fund so-called human rights investigations that were clearly meant to hurt Israel, as reported by Adam Kredo of The Washington Free Beacon, does that mean it’s the Biden administration’s official policy to undermine Israel, our closest, most dependable ally in the entire Middle East?

TUCKER CARLSON DEBUTS HIS NEW TWITTER-BASED SHOW: TUCKER ON TWITTER.

30 million+ views is a spectacular debut; in February, Forbes reported: With 3.5 Million Viewers, Tucker Carlson Has The Week’s Highest-Rated Cable News Show.

Incidentally, here’s the article that Tucker mentioned mid-show: Intelligence Officials Say U.S. Has Retrieved Craft of Non-Human Origin.

The truth is out there!

SALENA ZITO: Democrats abandon the blue-collar worker in favor of ‘social justice’ warriors.

Up until two years ago, it would only take 12 hours for coal mined deep in a labyrinth operation 60 miles from here to go from that underground mine, through a high-tech cleaning procedure, and be loaded on a barge or rail car and brought to the Cheswick Generating Station, a coal-fired power plant, to light communities along the Allegheny River for generations.

That efficient process came to an end in September 2021 when owner GenOn Holdings announced the then-51-year-old facility, one that environmental groups had in their sights for years, decided to retire the plant. The company cited “unfavorable economic conditions, higher costs including those associated with environmental compliance, an inability to compete with other generation types, and evolving market rules that promote subsidized resources.” . . .

Twenty years ago, perhaps even less, Democrats running for office or in office would have been standing in the way of the implosion that happened here last week and chained themselves to the towers or used all of their muscle to halt this industry’s demise. Back then, Democrats were the party of the working class, and no one symbolized that more than the boilermakers who worked here.

But that party has taken its muscle and protest signs and moved on to be the party of the multiple categories of supposed injustices as defined by the “social justice” movement. Hardworking, no-nonsense boilermakers have been replaced by SEIU social justice aggrievers.

The day after the implosion of the towers, most of the hierarchy of the Democratic Party in this state was marching in the Pride parade in Pittsburgh. As far as I could see, none of them came to this spot to reassure the people who live, work, and pray here that the officials have their back and would move mountains to make sure something would replace what they lost.

The GOP is the multiracial party of the working class now. The Democrats are the party of woke white people and the billionaires who employ and fund them.

FROM NATHAN BRINDLE:  A Dragon in the Foie Gras.

A Dragon in the Foie Gras (Timelines Universe Book 3) by [Nathan C. Brindle]

Captain Delaney Wolff Fox is back.

She’s just led her team on a months-long hunt through the penal world al-Saḥra’ (known otherwise by its semi-satirical name “Sanddoom”), looking for an industrial-sized illegal drug “kitchen” that’s been supplying colony worlds with various illegal substances via a network of involuntary migrant “mules”. That hunt ended satisfactorily, and rather explosively, with the destruction of the “kitchen” and hundreds if not thousands of personnel associated with it.

BECAUSE THEY THINK THEY’VE DISABLED OUR ABILITY TO KICK THEM OUT VIA THE BALLOT BOX:  The explanation as to why Democrats today are fearless in proposing insane policies.

Let’s pray they’re wrong. They might be. They usually are. But if they’re not, things are going to get ugly. Note this is not an incitement but a prediction. They are too stupid, too pampered and too out of touch with reality to be able to stay in the saddle. Our country is too big. Our people are too resourceful. And the masks came off rather handily over the last few years. This gambit doesn’t end well for them.

AS FORETOLD IN THE PROPHECIES:  Secondary Bacterial Pneumonia Drove Many COVID-19 Deaths.

First because that’s the real killer after any respiratory viral infection. Second, because people were tying moist pieces of cloth right there in front of their nose and mouths, keeping it warm and humid with their exhalation, and not changing it for hours.

Who the heck thought this was a good idea, anyway?

HAVE I MENTIONED MY OH SO SHOCKED FACE?  Owner of SF’s Largest Hotel, the Hilton Union Square, Is Walking Away, Surrendering It to Lender.

The thing is the idiots turning their cities and states over to lawlessness and homeless pooping on the sidewalks never saw this coming. Half of them think that this makes a place interesting and attractive (the left’s never ending nostalgie de la boue) and the other half think it’s compassionate, and don’t you want to be nice?

Idiots. Some of them had to be exquisitely indoctrinated into this level of idiocy.

MOST OF THEM COULDN’T DEFINE PRIVACY:  Nearly a third of Gen Z thinks privacy shouldn’t exist.

Though I’ll point out for the record that “privacy” is a pretty new concept. I’m not sure the Founding Fathers even understood it as we do. Unreasonable search and seizure had other implications.  So, it might evolve again. Turns out we’re not the end of history after all. This is my shocked face.
