JOE BIDEN WAS NEVER COMPETENT:  Maybe Biden was referring to himself, not Putin.

And he never meant America well.

After selling America to China and Russia for enough dope to make Hunter happy, all that’s left is traitorous malevolence and fear of a reckoning.

EXPERTS AT BEING EVIL:  Google’s censorship of jokes about Biden.

Of course, at some point, if you haven’t been censored by Google, muted by twitter and slandered by Wikipedia, you should ask yourself what you’re doing with your life.

Rico is a psychopath.

That’s why his job as an intergalactic hitman for a massive criminal syndicate suits him so well. He gets to do what he does best: go planet to planet and wreak destruction. He enjoys his work.

But Rico’s latest assignment isn’t what it seems, and after inadvertently thwarting a terror attack, he finds himself playing the good guy. Stuck pretending he’s a cop, he gets paired with some lady detective who is more than a little suspicious of him. To make matters worse, he starts to have new feelings toward her, feelings he’s never felt before. Love, maybe? That’s stupid. What is he supposed to do with that?

And this job isn’t fun, as it soon spirals into secrets, betrayal, and a whole planet out to kill him. Well, it’s a little fun. Still, Rico may have finally found himself in a situation he can’t shoot his way out of.

But that doesn’t mean he won’t try.

QUESTION ASKED: Do House Democrats want cities to die?

It also seems to suggest that Democrats have no idea how cities work — which might be surprising considering how they control most cities in this country. Urban businesses have been shuttering and struggling for survival as a result of pandemic restrictions and employees forgoing the commute to work from home. Financial districts and the areas around government buildings have turned into ghost neighborhoods — now occupied primarily by the homeless and the mentally deranged. Downtown Washington will be one of the slowest to kick back into gear as Covid wanes; Pelosi’s move will see it remain in a comatose state for several more weeks.

The party in control of both legislative and executive branches faces a Red Wedding heading into November. While House members tweet about their gratitude for Will Smith striking Chris Rock at the Oscars, or impeaching a Supreme Court Justice, it appears any interest in moving the country forward have stalled.

Americans have, for the most part, returned to work, if not fully in-office, then in the booming hybrid model that combines in-person work with teleconferencing. Working parents are finally returning their kids to school, and yet the Democrats have remained shuttered and tied to their own Covid fatalism, even as the Biden White House sees the writing on the wall. It’s something for which they are going to pay dearly in these midterms; perhaps then Democratic members of Congress will begin picking up their phones again.

WITH RECALL APPROACHING, DA CHESA BOUDIN’S MEDIA HITS MULTIPLY:

Earlier this month we learned there was a real chance progressive DA Chesa Boudin would be recalled. A poll commissioned by the recall organizers but conducted by a reputable San Francisco polling agency found 2:1 support for the recall and further found that 74% of respondents had a negative view of Boudin.

Since then, Boudin has clearly been making the round and doing his best to turn things around. Yesterday Puck published an interview with Boudin in which he simultaneously admitted some people in San Francisco don’t feel safe and also blamed his predicament on the media and the pandemic.

* * * * * * * *

San Francisco voters’ verdict on Boudin will reverberate far beyond the city’s 47 square miles, including in Los Angeles, where Dist. Atty. George Gascón faces a potential recall. Because if you can’t make radical change in San Francisco, what future does the progressive prosecutor movement have?…

Boudin had won election by being the outsider who criticized a failed system; now he owned the system. To redefine public safety, to demonstrate that communities can be safe locking up fewer people, to build a consensus for programs that might break cycles of recidivism, would take years.

As Tom Cotton wrote in December: Recall, Remove & Replace Every Last Soros Prosecutor.

HERE COMES THE NEW BIDEN DEFENSE: Don’t get too excited about that Washington Post analysis that “confirms key details and offers new documentation” from Hunter Biden’s laptop. Two points are set by two stories published by the Post:

First, it’s not the Big Guy’s fault:

“The Post did not find evidence that Joe Biden personally benefited from or knew details about the transactions with CEFC, which took place after he had left the vice presidency and before he announced his intentions to run for the White House in 2020.

“But the new documents — which include a signed copy of a $1 million legal retainer, emails related to the wire transfers, and $3.8 million in consulting fees that are confirmed in new bank records and agreements signed by Hunter Biden — illustrate the ways in which his family profited from relationships built over Joe Biden’s decades in public service.”

If you are a relative of the Big Guy, you might want to lawyer up because you may be about to find yourself under a bus.

Second, the contents of the laptop are only partially verifiable, according to forensic experts. Conclusion? We still don’t know that some or all of those thousands of unverifiable emails aren’t Russia/Russia/Russia plants. Maybe Hunter’s laptop was a bombshell, maybe not, and if you still insist that it was, that proves you’re just a partisan hack.

“The verifiable emails are a small fraction of 217 gigabytes of data provided to The Post on a portable hard drive by Republican activist Jack Maxey … The vast majority of the data — and most of the nearly 129,000 emails it contained — could not be verified by either of the two security experts who reviewed the data for The Post.”

THERE IS A WAR AGAINST AMERICA’S CHILDREN ON MULTIPLE FRONTS: HOW CDC COLLUDED WITH TEACHERS’ UNIONS TO DEVASTATE AMERICA’S CHILDREN. “Perhaps the most damaging of all “anti-covid” measures over the last two years were the public school closures. Children fell behind academically and socially, and multiple studies have documented serious mental health issues in a large number of children. Meanwhile, the data indisputably showed that schools were not a significant source of covid transmission, and covid is virtually harmless to children. How did this public policy disaster come about? A just-released report by Republicans on the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis suggests that the cause was inappropriate and perhaps unprecedented influence on the Centers for Disease Control exerted by the teachers’ unions, specifically the American Federation for Teachers.”

WELCOME BACK, CARTER: Inflation has lessons for a ‘very entitled generation,’ says BlackRock co-founder.

An “entitled generation” is about to face some life lessons from soaring consumer prices.

That’s according to BlackRock President Rob Kapito, who made the remarks at a Texas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners Association conference in Austin, as reported by Bloomberg.

“For the first time, this generation is going to go into a store and not be able to get what they want,” said the co-founder of the world’s biggest asset manager. “And we have a very entitled generation that has never had to sacrifice.”

Consumer price inflation last month clocked in at a 40-year high of 7.9% year-over-year, with the Federal Reserve warning that higher prices may stick around for at least the next three years.

Found via Carol Roth, who tweets, “No big deal, just the BlackRock founder who manages $10 trillion and is helping manipulate the market through ESG directives and the like and competing with millennials for homes telling them they need to learn to ‘sacrifice’ and deal with shortages…”

Related: “Former BlackRock investment executive Brian Deese leads Biden’s National Economic Council, effectively serving as his top advisor on economic matters. Biden also tapped Adewale ‘Wally’ Adeyemo, a former chief of staff to BlackRock chief executive and longtime Democrat Larry Fink, to serve as a top official at the Treasury Department. Meanwhile Michael Pyle, BlackRock’s former global chief investment strategist who had worked in the Obama administration before joining the firm, serves as chief economic advisor to Vice President Kamala Harris.”

As Glenn wrote in the New York Post earlier this month: Don’t pretend that high prices and American suffering are a ‘bug’ for the establishment — it’s a historic feature.

OKAY, GROOMERS: Leaked Internal Zoom Confirms Disney Drank the Gender Cult Kool-Aid.

There has been a massive overreaction by members of the LGBTQWTF Gendergeddon cult and their woke corporate partners over the new Florida law that prohibits creepy adults from talking to little kids about sex. Instead of realizing that most parents don’t think that adults who aren’t related to their kids should be talking to them about explicit topics and hiding those conversations from parents, the woke cult is having temper tantrums. One tantrum happened when Disney called an internal meeting to soothe gay employees’ hysterics. During the meeting, high-ranking Disney employees assured the staff that they would be queering the hell out of Disney content from now on.

This meeting was leaked on Twitter, and I’ve got it all for you, along with my commentary along the way in the linked video below. Athena Thorne has a good piece on it for the VIP subscribers (and if you aren’t one, you should be) called “Tragic Kingdom: Disney Enters End-Stage Terminal Wokeness Infection” comparing this shift into insanity to terminal cancer.

Get woke, go broke, as they say. I know I won’t be jumping to support Disney’s new queer-centered programming.

In more news from the happiest wokest place on earth: Disney Goes Woke, Will No Longer Say ‘Boys And Girls’ Within Park.

The most magical place on earth is now also the most bizarre. Disneyland and Disney World are removing “gender greetings” from its parks, meaning, those inside the budget-bursting theme parks will no longer be addressed or greeted by the phrases “boys and girls” or “ladies and gentlemen.”

Thank goodness. I’ve never heard something so offensive in my life!

Instead of addressing the biological males and females, park goers will hear “Hello, everyone” or “Hello, friends.” Sounds like a prime opportunity for Jim Nantz to score some voice-over work.

If you’re wondering if Disney has lost its magic, or its marbles, wonder no more. A recently released online meeting of various Disney execs makes the new policy very clear.

Related: Attacks on the ‘Don’t Say Gay’ law are about control.

When you scratch a millimeter beneath the surface, or just actually read the damn bill for yourself, you see how innocuous the whole thing is. Why was the law even needed? And why, you might wonder, the extraordinary outrage and all the public tantrums? On its face, rather than some Christian theocratic decree, the law seems to act as a reminder, more than anything else, for educators to stick to age-appropriate topics. None of this is about gay rights — little is these days — but rather about control.

Here’s what happened: during lockdown and remote learning, some teachers and school districts were caught by parents being inappropriate. Students were not only getting pumped full of Critical Race Theory, parents realized, but bizarre gender ideology as well. Parents across the country were disgusted and outraged — they even flipped Virginia red in 2021 as a result. One state, Florida, has now put the left in time out, and Democrats are having an absolute conniption fit. This isn’t about the law, per se. Progressives arec raging against being reeled in. They’re not worried about “gay kids.” They’re telling America: you’re not allowed to tell us what to do, especially in education.

They have learned nothing and forgotten nothing. Flashback: Glenn Youngkin Defeated Terry McAuliffe Because Democrats Betrayed Parents.

ALEX JONES FACES FINES FOR SKIPPING SANDY HOOK DEPOSITION: “The penalties will begin at $25,000 per weekday beginning Friday and increase by $25,000 per weekday until he appears for a deposition, Judge Barbara Bellis said. She found Jones in contempt of court orders and repeated her view Wednesday that letters submitted by Jones’ doctors did not include enough evidence that he was too ill to attend last week’s deposition. She noted Jones appeared on his website show — either in-person or by phone — every day last week.”
