For people who are constantly yammering about “protecting democracy,” they don’t seem to allow for the fact that other people get a vote, and that if you want them to vote your way you need to give them a reason.

The margin of the GOP majority is to be determined, but it is now safe to say the GOP will be in charge of the Senate.”
