BRAVE NEW WORLD: ChatGPT Gets 148 (37th Percentile) And 157 (70th Percentile) On The LSAT. “ChatGPT performed worst in logic games, was mediocre in logic reasoning, and scored best in reading comprehension, which is the LSAT’s most straightforward test section. The chatbot had a hard time recognizing that a new rule only applied to a specific question and did not carry over into the next question. Additionally, the LSAT adds irrelevant information to questions to serve as distractions and ChatGPT was unable to distinguish between the peripheral and essential information.”

KRUISER’S MORNING BRIEFING: Alvin Bragg’s Insane Clown Circus Adds a Kangaroo to the Court. “We’ve been using the term ‘banana republic’ to describe what has been going on, and it’s been fitting. At this rate, however, the United States may find itself getting sued by other banana republics for being an embarrassment to the team.”

HYPOCRISY, THY NAME IS ACADEMIA: This report by The Washington Free Beacon’s Claire Sprang says it all regarding campus hypocrisy via Columbia University’s faculty rejecting a proposed global center in Tel Aviv, while having no problem at all with the school having a facility in Beijing, home of the world’s largest human-rights abuse machine.

SCREENCAPS ARE FOREVER: Manhattan DA’s Office Nukes ‘Meet Our Team’ Page, Staff Scrub Online Profiles.

The page that used to list the office’s team members with their prior experience now comes up as “Not Found” on the D.A. website. According to Wayback Machine, the page was last accessible on Monday.

Trump was arraigned in a New York criminal court Tuesday afternoon after Bragg indicted the former president last week. The front-runner for the 2024 GOP presidential nomination pled not guilty to 34 felony counts with a maximum sentence of 136 years in prison. If convicted on any one charge, Trump would be barred from the 2024 presidential ballot. Bragg ran on a platform two years ago to investigate the former president.

The few in Bragg’s office with online social media profiles promptly shut their accounts down as Trump arrived in court. Bragg’s Chief Assistant District Attorney Meg Reiss scrubbed her Twitter profile as prosecutors pressed charges. Screenshots published by ZeroHedge show Reiss had a long history of “likes” on anti-Trump content.

They act like they have something to hide because they do.

COMMENTARY FROM THE PRESIDENT OF EL SALVADOR:

WYOMING DEM SAYS YOU SHOULD DIE: If you oppose the transgender insanity, that is. State Rep. Karlee Provenza is right up front with her murderous advocacy, according to The Lid’s Warner Todd Huston, as the Wyoming Democrat posted this shortly after a 28-year-old woman killed three adults and three nine-year-old children in a Nashville school.

HOW WEAK IS BIDEN? China is ghosting the United States. “Beijing has effectively frozen high level bilateral diplomatic contact in the wake of the Chinese spy balloon incident in February.”

Biden ordered the balloon shot down only after it had passed completely over the US, made countless excuses to avoid angering Beijing, and now still can’t get Xi to return his calls.

Cloud-Castles by [Dave Freer]

Augustus Thistlewood was an idealist. The youngest scion of a vastly wealthy family, he’d come to help the poor, deprived people of the strange world of Sybill III – a gas-dwarf world with no habitable land. The human population, descendants of a crashed convict transport, lived on a tiny, crowded, alien antigravity plate they called ‘the Big Syd’, drifting through the clouds in the upper atmosphere. It was a few square miles of squalor, in a vast sea of sky, ruled by the degenerate relics of two alien empires.
The problem was that the people of the Big Syd wanted to help themselves, first – to his money, his liberty, and even his life.
Only two things stood between them and this: the first was his ‘assistant’ Briz, – a ragged urchin he’d picked up as a guide. She reckoned if anyone was going to steal from Augustus, it was going to be her, even if she had to keep him alive so that she could do it. And the second thing was Augustus himself. He didn’t know what ‘giving up’ meant. Actually, he didn’t know what most things meant. As a naïve, wide-eyed innocent blundering through the cess-pit of Sybill III, he was going to have to learn, mostly the hard way. Some of that learning was going to be out in the strange society that existed on the endless drifting clumps of airborne vegetation, and the Cloud-Castles of the aliens who hunted across them. Most of it was learning that philanthropy wasn’t quite what they’d taught him in college.

BEHOLD, MY SHOCKED FACE:  Veteran Democratic Operative Linked to Restart of Case Against Trump.

Recent press reports show that a veteran Democratic political operative played a large part in restarting the case against Donald Trump that the prior Manhattan District Attorney, the Justice Department, and Alvin Bragg himself previously declined to prosecute. Matthew Colangelo is closely aligned with President Joe Biden and his former boss Barack Obama.

Colangelo was a senior official in the Biden Justice Department and filled a variety of roles in the Obama administration, as an economic counselor, and then in the Departments of Labor and Justice.

The appearance of yet another Obama-Biden deputy in the nearly seven-year-long and ongoing anti-Trump operation may help illuminate why precedent and protocol have been trashed for the purpose of charging a former American president and the likely Republican candidate for 2024.

Trump’s opponents argue that the extraordinary punishment visited on him is commensurate with his extraordinary violations of political and social norms. But what if the norm-breaker at the center of the drama isn’t the 45th president of the United States but is rather his predecessor and his successor? — Read the whole thing.
