MISSING FROM THIS STORY OF “GUN VIOLENCE:” Any information on who fired the shots. Spoiler: It has nothing to do with whether there were guns in the home, but that’s what doctors want to ask about:

Dr. Chethan Sathya, a pediatric trauma surgeon and the director of Northwell Health Center for Gun Violence Prevention, has been screening every ER patient who comes in for their exposure to guns and collecting the data.

“Even if you come in with a headache, a urinary tract infection, you’re going to get these questions because we want to normalize the way that we talk about gun injury risk. It shouldn’t be a taboo topic,” Sathya said. “It needs to be something that’s part of our medical vocabulary that patients expect us to ask, and we find that most patients are extremely receptive to the conversation.”

Frost said he wanted young gun violence victims like Aalayah and their families to know that there are people who are fighting for them and won’t stop.

Want to do something about kids being shot under circumstances like these? Do something about (mostly black) urban street gangs. Will the medical profession commit to eradicating those? Of course not, that would be racist.

FLASHBACK: POLITICIANS IN BED WITH THE GANGS: One More Time: It’s Not ‘Gun Violence’ It’s Gang Violence.

“…AND NOTHING THREATENS OUR FLAT EARTH MORE THAN…” Check out the Shot for the Road at the end of this post for a video produced by FIRE’s Lou Perez that might just be the funniest thing we’ve done.

MICROSOFT’S SECRET DEAL WITH CCP MEDIA EXPOSED: Washington Free Beacon’s Joseph Simonson obtained documents on Microsoft’s previously un-reported agreement with multiple Chinese Communist Party (CCP)-controlled media outlets. This is bad news for the digital giant because there are multiple Republicans and even some Democrats in Congress who will see nothing good in this deal.

JIM TREACHER: Libs Sure Do Hate Children.

There are some reports that the kid has Native American ancestry, but that shouldn’t even matter. You simply don’t attack a child in print for attending a football game, no matter who his ancestors were.

But that’s how libs operate. They hate children, both in and out of the womb.

They lied about a minor named Kyle Rittenhouse who defended himself against three white guys who were chasing him during a riot. They lied about a minor named Nicholas Sandmann who smirked at a Native American while wearing a MAGA hat. They’ll lie about anybody they see as an enemy.

If you’re white, or appear to be white, they don’t care how young you are. They’ll try to ruin your reputation because it makes them feel good.

Bullies like Carron J. Phillips will attack a child for a paycheck, but a lot of his comrades are happy to bully people for free. It’s their favorite hobby. And they’ll keep doing it until their targets start fighting back.

Go get ‘em, Holden.

Why is a profession that holds itself out as “sports journalism” so obsessed with political activism?

LESSONS FROM UKRAINE: Quantity Still Has a Quality All Its Own.

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy admitted last week that his country’s 2023 counteroffensive “did not achieve the desired results,” and that “we have a new phase of war.” Russian strongman Vladimir Putin could have said the exact same thing this time last year after his country was forced to retreat from huge swaths of occupied Ukraine.

So what can we learn from each side’s successes and failures?

DO NOT WANT! Here’s what it’s like on The Beam, Top of Rockefeller Plaza’s ‘frightening but fun’ new ride.

Like the erectors of nearly a century past, up to seven guests can plop atop one of the two parallel beam rides before being hoisted 12 feet in the air. It costs $25 in addition to Top of The Rock’s admission fee, which starts at $40.

True to the inspiring image, it begins facing the 69th- and 70th-floor observation decks. But unlike the builders, “The Beam” spins 180 degrees for a magnificent view of Central Park, the Hudson River and the skyscrapers of Midtown plus upper Manhattan.

After all, that scene was the backdrop for the historic image.

Although the modern attraction includes many more safety features than the 850-foot high suspended blue-collar bunch were privy to in the ’30s — including locking seatbelt, back frame and most importantly ground close below — tourists say that the years-old sentiment remains.

“To think that men used to do this all the time without harnesses is mind-blowing, the bravery they must have had,” Oklahoma City mom Kim Brooks, 45, told The Post after embarking with her family.

Isn’t watching NBC’s programming terrifying enough, without having to ride their white-knuckle amusement park ride, to boot?

THE OLD RESPONSE TO PIRACY INVOLVED “BURNING OUT A NEST OF PIRATES.”

GRETA THUNBERG AND THE PRO-HAMAS TAKEOVER OF THE “GREEN” MOVEMENT: Ed Driscoll wrote here about how “Israel removes Greta Thunberg from school curriculum over anti-Israel post.” As well they should.

Apparently the smug little eco-celebrity is doubling-down on merging the pro-Hamas rhetoric into a platform of the “Green” movement. Just The News reported this morning that:

“Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg is dividing the climate movement as she has been calling for the end of Israel while her organization, “Fridays for Future” has at the same time been promoting rhetoric online that has been endorsed by members of terrorist organizations.”

One of the most insidious aspects of her support of Hamas is her since-deleted X postings of Nazi propaganda imagery. In particular, in her pro-Hamas messaging, she posed with a small octopus toy, which, others have noted, “Propaganda cartoonists have often used the image to warn of a global Jewish conspiracy. It was a caricature frequently deployed by the Nazis.”

How dare you, indeed?

EVERYTHING IS GOING SWIMMINGLY:

What could possibly go wrong?

MEGAN FOX: Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital Declares War on Juror #1.

The day before Thanksgiving, Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital (JHACH) attorneys filed a motion for a new trial based on “juror misconduct” after losing a groundbreaking jury verdict for $261 million. Instead of deciding to cut their losses and pay what the People decided they owed, JHACH ruined Thanksgiving for the Kowalskis and the much-maligned Juror #1 and his wife.

The defense alleges that Juror #1’s wife paid too close attention to the trial and thus must have influenced her former law enforcement officer husband toward the plaintiff. They provided no evidence of the wife influencing her juror husband but did dox the two online for over a week before public outrage forced them to re-upload the motion with private information redacted including names, address, and photographs.

The plaintiff’s attorneys responded accusing the defense of creating a new definition of juror misconduct naming it “misconduct by proxy.” This characterization was ironic considering JHACH falsely accused Maya Kowalski’s deceased mother of having Munchausen syndrome by proxy, which led to the lawsuit in the first place.
