HE WAS HIGH ON EDIBLES: Fakes‑Giving: Campbell’s 3D ‘Meat’ Allegations May Sour Holiday Soup Sales.
Look, they might be using the “fake meat” like the type they tried to sell us under the Bidentia. Vegetarian meat like substances, basically. But they are not using 3-D printed meat. At this point that’s more expensive than normal meat, and is basically “meat blob” with unappetizing texture. Even for soup, they’re not doing that. I’d guess the VP was high on edibles. or something much stronger.

JOHN HINDERAKER: Elon Exposed the Fake Activists. “I think this is hugely important. A few years ago, Democrats pretended to be deeply concerned about ‘foreign interference’ in our politics. That was mostly a fraud, but this is much more significant. . . . Have you wondered how some guy named Nick Fuentes, whom no one had heard of not long ago, suddenly became, or appeared to become, a significant force on the right? Despite his professed admiration for both Josef Stalin and Adolf Hitler? Does this sound like enemy action? Yes, it does.”

RUBEN GALLEGO SAYS WHAT YOU THINK:
Ruben Gallego overcame personal scandals to become a U.S. Senator from Arizona. Most recently, he has been in the news for vehemently defending the Seditious Six and bitterly attacking Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth. Today he found himself in the spotlight again, as Human Events obtained and released a text exchange in which Gallego criticized his own party:
BREAKING: Human Events has received leaked text messages from Senator Reuben Gallego (D-AZ)

— Jack Posobiec (@JackPosobiec) November 25, 2025
For convenience, here are the texts:
Click over for the rest. According the Phoenix ABC affiliate, Gallego isn’t denying he wrote the above texts: “Gallego said the leaked messages came from someone he served with and had known for two decades. He maintained that the texts simply reflect his previous public statements about changes needed within the Democratic Party.”
The Democrats’ response to Gallego’s thoughtcrimes will begin with this and get increasingly more angry:

BYRON YORK: The road to the Chicago train fire attack. “Prosecutors laid it out for Cook County Judge Teresa Molina-Gonzalez: 72 arrests, eight felony convictions, and seven misdemeanor convictions — a total of 32 years in and out of the criminal justice system:”
Molina-Gonzalez rejected that argument and sentenced [Lawrence] Reed to go free with the ankle monitor. Upon hearing the decision, the prosecutor objected “based on the serious nature of this criminal offense and evidence presented that tends to prove that the defendant is a threat to the physical safety of the victim and the community,” according to the transcript.
The prosecutor was practically begging Molina-Gonzalez to put Reed behind bars. But the judge was unmoved. “Thank you,” she said. “I understand your position, but I can’t keep everybody in jail because the state’s attorney wants me to.” And so Reed walked free, again, after another violent crime.
Fast forward to today. Reed is finally in jail, charged in a Nov. 17 attack in which police say he doused a young woman with gasoline while on board a Chicago L train. Police say Reed then set her on fire, all the while shouting, “Burn alive, b****!” The woman, 26-year-old Bethany McGee, suffered severe burns and is in critical condition. If she survives, she will face years of painful rehabilitation.
What to make of all this? Molina-Gonzalez got her way; Reed was free to board the train with his bottle of gasoline, ready to attack. And the prosecutor’s words came true; Reed was indeed a “threat to the physical safety of the community.” And the public was left to contemplate the obvious fact that Reed should have been incarcerated long ago, as well as the fact that Molina-Gonzalez represents something that has gone terribly wrong in the American system of justice. A society that will not take Lawrence Reed off the streets will not protect the public.
Read the whole thing.

THE ABOLITION OF BRITAIN: Britain’s Plan to Abolish Most Jury Trials Should Make Us Grateful for the Constitution.
Some news from Britain, courtesy of the BBC:
Justice Secretary David Lammy is proposing to massively restrict the ancient right to a jury trial by only guaranteeing it for defendants facing rape, murder, manslaughter or other cases passing a public interest test.
An internal government briefing, produced by the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) for all other Whitehall departments, confirms plans to create a new tier of jury-less courts in England and Wales.
The new courts would deal with most crimes currently considered by juries in Crown Court.
But the MoJ said no final decision had been taken by the government.
The plans, obtained by BBC News, show that Lammy, who is also deputy prime minister, wants to ask Parliament to end jury trials for defendants who would be jailed for up to five years.
This is an abomination. But it’s an abomination that, thanks to our remarkable Constitution, simply could not happen here in the United States. Our Sixth Amendment reads:
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.
Past performance is no guarantee of future results:

This will end very badly, but then so much of England appears to be ending very badly these days:
What is most frightening is that this effort to ban jury trial is aimed at the heart of the British middle class. It is set up precisely to impact the cases where one only faces months in jail. It will apply to “crimes” that are passed to control the population through…

CHEESE FOR THE WIN: A Taste For Cheese May Reveal Your Future Risk of Dementia. “Of the cheese-eating group, 134 people developed dementia (3.4 percent); among cheese abstainers, 176 developed dementia (4.5 percent). That’s a difference of around 10 or 11 extra cases in every 1,000 people.”
Glad it turned out that way. If loving cheese is wrong, I don’t want to be right.

Climate wactivist Greta Thunberg is at it again, and this time it appears she’s grown bored of protesting for Hamas and Gaza and has turned her attentions back to the environment once more. In order to highlight the concerns of the oh-so-delicate ecosystem, she decided to harm it.
And how did she and her comrades do that? They dyed the famed Grand Canal of Venice green. Certainly, the color is appropriate, because her antics are nauseating:

BUT DOES AMERICA NEED A MICROCAR? Fiat’s Adorable Topolino Is the Microcar America Didn’t Know It Needed. A “car” with a 45-mile electric range and a top speed of 27 mph isn’t a car, it’s a Neighborhood Electric Vehicle. We already have a lot of those.
The Ultra terminal is Amazon’s largest and fastest offering to date, designed for permanent installation at fixed sites. It measures roughly 20 by 30 inches with a chassis depth of 1.9 inches and is intended for pole-mounted outdoor use. Internally, the device incorporates Amazon silicon and a full-duplex phased-array system capable of simultaneous uplink and downlink, supporting download speeds of up to 1 Gbps and upload speeds of up to 400 Mbps.
Leo Ultra was one of three customer terminals shown as part of the new network push. Alongside it, Amazon previewed a mid-sized Leo Pro terminal designed for portable or vehicle-mounted use, and a compact 7-inch square Leo Nano unit rated for up to 100 Mbps. All three run on custom silicon developed by Amazon’s device teams and share the same core waveform and protocol stack.
The new hardware arrives as Amazon begins rolling out its constellation. As of November 2025, the company has launched more than 150 low-Earth orbit satellites under Project Kuiper, with multiple mass deployment launches completed since April.
Competition is great, but Leo has a lot of launches to go before it becomes truly competitive.

JONATHAN HAIDT: The Devil’s Plan to Ruin the Next Generation.
Earlier this year, someone started a viral trend of asking ChatGPT this question: If you were the devil, how would you destroy the next generation, without them even knowing it?
Chat’s responses were profound and unsettling: “I wouldn’t come with violence. I’d come with convenience.” “I’d keep them busy. Always distracted.”
“I’d watch their minds rot slowly, sweetly, silently. And the best part is, they’d never know it was me. They’d call it freedom.”*
As a social psychologist who has been trying since 2015 to figure out what on earth was happening to Gen Z, I was stunned. Why? Because what the AI proposed doing is pretty much what technology seems to be doing to children today. It seemed to be saying: If the devil wanted to destroy a generation, he could just give them all smartphones.
My work over the last decade has centered on one question: Why did the mental health of Gen Z—the cohort born between 1996 and 2012—plummet in so many countries starting in the early 2010s? I first focused on the role of overprotection (“coddling”). But since then, there’s been a growing body of evidence implicating technology, particularly smartphones and social media.
So, borrowing from the cybersecurity concept of red teaming—the practice of hiring an entity to pretend they are the enemy, seek out vulnerabilities, and hack into a network or organization—I decided to ask ChatGPT myself how its “devil” would stunt adolescent development in the digital age. Because what better way to stop the ongoing invisible corrosion of the human spirit than to get in the devil’s head?
It began:
If I were to think this through as a thought experiment—imagining “the devil” in a metaphorical sense—the most effective way to destroy the next generation without them realizing it would be through slow, invisible corrosions of the human spirit, rather than obvious attacks.
I approach spirituality as a social scientist who believes that whether or not God exists, spirituality is a deep part of human nature, shaped by natural selection and cultural evolution, and central to human flourishing and self-transcendence. Our “better angels” call us upward and out of our daily concerns. Our inner demons pull us downward, where we become more selfish and easily tempted.
In The Anxious Generation, I devoted a whole chapter to “spiritual degradation” because so much of life online pulls people “downward.” Growing up online, kids learn to live in ways that directly contradict the advice given to us by the world’s great spiritual traditions. Meditation, forgiveness, and sacred boundaries that must not be transgressed? Forget about it. Online, kids get constant stimulation, pressure to judge others instantly, and videos showing violations of every conceivable taboo.
You can see a sudden change in the spiritual health of young Americans in a long-running national survey of high school seniors who were asked whether “life often feels meaningless.” The figure below shows the percent who answered that they “agree” or “strongly agree.” The numbers were low and even declining a bit back when Gen X and millennials were in high school. But as soon as Gen Z entered the dataset, around 2013, meaninglessness surged.
