HE WAS PROMISED THAT THE FIX IS IN:  Joe Manchin’s Tone Deaf Victory Lap.

And he was stupid enough not to realize the ballot box is not the final box. May G-d have mercy on his soul.

AT THIS POINT, THE ONLY DEFENSE REMAINING TO THE LEFT IS THAT NO SANE HUMAN BEING CAN BELIEVE ANYONE CAN BE THAT CRAZY:   The Weirdometer.

IF YOU’RE STILL IN CALIFORNIA, AND YOUR KIDS ARE IN PUBLIC SCHOOL:  Hayward CA School District Approves Noxious “Liberated Ethnic Studies” CRT Curriculum.

1- Take your kids out of school. This you must do right now.

2- Prepare to Exfil. Yes, I know, giving land to the enemy, etc, but trust me, at this point you’re putting yourself and yours at risk.

3 – Get to a safe place and fight to recover what you lost from the safe place.

I know it’s hard. I might never have got to it, if the health issues hadn’t joined into the reasons to leave. I’ll always miss Colorado. I left a chunk of my heart in the mountains. But–

It’s better in Free America. And it’s safer with what’s coming down the pike in the fall.  Get out, get out while you can.

JUST TWO [PARTNERS] TO SLOW THE SPREAD?  WHO advises men who have sex with men to ‘limit partners’ amid monkeypox.

…. Sarah looks at the example of just two weeks to slow the spread.  Okay, so for all you guys in the demographic, I think that means — translates from liberal — you should definitely limit it to 106 partners (more for the more liberal areas of the country) to slow the spread.

Scratches head. That’s going to work about as well as the lockdowns for “just two weeks.”

Overly Familiar: Familiar Tales Book Twenty-One by [Alma T.C. Boykin]

Anyone can defeat an infernal fiend. Raising a teenage daughter? Now that’s hard!

Lelia and André Lestrang juggle jobs, a daughter as stubborn as her mother and as determined as her father, and the usual magical (and Familiar) messes. An attack on St. Margaret of Scotland Episcopal Church draws the family into a mystery: who would squander so much magic to ruin old books about healing? And does a giant owl have anything to do with it? Toss in an emergency deployment, the usual autumn rush at the Goth Shop, and high school social drama, and Lelia has her hands full.

Then it gets interesting.

I WOULD SAY I WANT THEM HIT WITH A “SHUT YOUR TRAP TILL YOU LEARN TO THINK:” But I think it’s too late for most of them.  The View Hit With Cease And Desist.
