THEY PROBABLY SENSE THAT MOST RUSSIAN WEAPONS AREN’T OPERATIONAL:  What is it with the Euro itch for war? And not just any war, but war with Russia bristling with nuclear weapons?

But also the reason for rampant anti-Americanism in Europe — this was audible if you eavesdropped in bars and restaurants when I was young, spoke many languages and had an Euro-rail pass — is that the US stopped them tearing into each other till it was “solved.”  I don’t know. I think next time we don’t intervene.
