GERMANY WAS A GOOD PLACE FOR ROCKET SCIENCE IN 1939, TOO:
I visited the brand new Research Palace & Garden (RPG) @HKUChemistry for the first time this morning. It has taken @HKUniversity less than 3 months to plan and craft this beyond state-of-the-art facility. I find it difficult to find words to describe my feelings. Amazing!
