Still a bad idea, and definitely register this.  (The Florida Bill just says that reporters don’t get protection when they engage in defamation, which honestly? As someone who’s been defamed by paid reporters, we need a better definition of “public person” and of what reporters can get away with in terms of making stuff up wholesale that will affect one’s livelihood.)
