SO MUCH TO CHEER IN THIS DECISION: And not just the fact that math Professor Nathaniel Hiers’ First Amendment rights were vindicated by a federal court, but, as Just the News reports, the same court delivered a warning to academic bullies that they can be held personally liable for such violations.
