I may be an outlier value, being a young geeky webhead and an early technology adopter with disposable income and all that, but if Scott’s and my buying patterns are anything to go by, we’re researching and buying a hell of a lot more than 15% of our goods online, and have been for a long time now. If I had to estimate, I’d say we’re up to at least 80-90% for things like DVD’s and CD’s, and starting just last year, I’ve almost completely stopped buying the latter in favor of tracks from iTunes.”
