On Wednesday, Winter Haven Police arrested Yashika Zenobiaha Jones, 28, and Rose Dorlean Blaise, 35, who work at Palm Gardens Nursing Home located at 1120 Cypress Gardens Blvd. S.E. in Winter Haven. Police say an investigation uncovered the abuse on three separate occasions in October.”
