I AGREE: Crossing a State Line Shouldn’t Cancel Your Second Amendment Rights.
We need a federal law saying that anyone who is entitled to possess a firearm under federal law can be fined, at most, $100 (willing to go as low as $50) as the sole penalty for violating any state firearms law.
