THAT’S BECAUSE IT WAS VERY DELIBERATELY DESIGNED TO BE: ‘Critical Race Theory’ is incompatible with freedom of speech or equal treatment. Critical Race Theory was designed by people who didn’t like free speech or equal treatment because they saw them as barriers to a leftist remaking of society. It was never about racial justice. As they used to say in the SDS, the issue is never the issue, the issue is always the revolution.
