THE SIXTH HAS BEEN PRETTY SENSIBLE ON COVID STUFF: Challenges to OSHA Vaccine-or-Test Standard to Be Heard by Sixth Circuit: As a result of the multi-district litigation lottery process, all of the challenges will be heard in a single circuit.
