TO BE FAIR, I DON’T THINK THE IDEA OF GEOENGINEERING TO FIGHT GLOBAL WARMING IS A “DOPEY” IDEA, but I think we’d be needing a much clearer and more present danger to start anything. At present, I think it would be equally prudent to be preparing for global cooling and short growing seasons. At present, both are possibilities, and we don’t know enough to say for sure.
