IT’S NOT A MATTER OF THE COLOR OF WHO IS BEING EXPELLED.  ANY COUNTRY WHO EXPELS A SKILLED MINORITY SUFFERS.  IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN TRUE. BUT THIS IS A COMPLEX STORY:   Is South Africa going the way of Zimbabwe?  The only thing that’s true is that South Africa will suffer.  I’m glad most of my friends there have long left.
