ASTROTURF: Joe Biden, Kamala Harris Got a Big Social Media Boost from Indian Troll Farms. “A close examination has revealed unusual patterns. A large number of Twitter accounts that followed Biden’s appear to have been created exclusively for that purpose. And a large number of the users are located in small towns in rural India—in places where English-speakers are rare, and from handles run by people who don’t speak English as their first language, nor appear to be genuinely invested in American politics.”

He’s big in Japan Iran!

BYRON YORK: Yes, there is a hidden Trump vote.

A man who came to President Trump’s giant rally at a local airport Saturday night said he knew someone who planned to vote for Trump but felt too intimidated to say so publicly. I asked who it was. It was his mother, he answered, but she would kill him if she found out that he told anyone.

“There are a lot of people who are too afraid to put up a sign [for Trump],” he said, explaining that his neighborhood, more than an hour away, was mixed between Trump and Biden voters, and black and white voters. During the protests that followed the death of George Floyd, he said, “I pulled the Trump magnet off my Jeep. Everybody took their signs down. People don’t want to be a target.”

At some pro-Trump events around Pennsylvania in the last week — the president’s event, a big road rally that stretched over three states, a small event for Trump volunteers and activists featuring Ivanka Trump, and in other conversations — a large number of people who openly support Trump said they knew someone personally who would vote for the president but would not publicly acknowledge doing so.

They pointed to the most difficult question of the campaign — how to measure the true number of people who will vote for the president? The phenomenon of so-called shy Trump voters is without any doubt real, but how big is it?

We will soon know.

CHURCH SUES CITY OFFICIAL LURKING IN THE BUSHES, GOOGLE CENSORS ITS LAW FIRM? World Aflame Church in La Habra Heights, California, went to federal court this week seeking relief from harassment and unjustified fines imposed by the municipality’s City Manager.

It also appears this morning that one of the law firms representing the congregation, Tyler & Bursch LLP,  is being censored by Google on its search engine. The firm is headed by Robert Tyler and is linked to Advocates for Faith & Freedom. So Big Tech is not only censoring viewpoints with which it disagrees, but also barring consumers access to service providers

UPDATE: A couple of readers report they have no problem searching for Tyler & Bursch LLP on Google. I have repeated my search multiple times since posting this earlier this morning and still getting the same result. Am trying to reach a Google spokesman for a comment/explanation.

UPDATE II: DuckDuckGo takes me right to Tyler & Bursch’s web site, unlike Google. DDG is now my default search engine.

SOMEWHERE IN THE PACIFIC: Marines with the All-Domain Reconnaissance Detachment, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, maneuver an 11-meter naval special warfare rigid-hull inflatable boat. The recon team is heading toward the amphibious transport dock ship USS Somerset.

CELEBRITIES PAY $27 MILLION IN FINES & FEES SO 13,000 FLORIDA FELONS CAN VOTE:  In Florida now, ex-convicts must pay whatever fines and fees have been assessed against them before they are eligible to vote again.  But “celebrities” (like Michael Bloomberg and LeBron James) are paying those fines and fees on their behalf.

That’s not exactly charity.  No doubt the ex-convicts themselves would have much rather had been given a job. Or even some new clothes and shoes. The right to vote, while a wonderful thing, is unlikely to be at the top of their list. But benefiting ex-convicts has nothing to do with this.

The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights did a report last year on the “collateral consequences of a felony conviction” (with my statement here).  The “collateral consequence” that my progressive colleagues objected to the most was the denial of the right to vote.  How anybody is naive enough to view this behavior as concern for ex-convicts’ welfare is just beyond me.

TYPICAL AMERICAN CAMPUS IS A LOST CAUSE: Suffocating leftism dominates, even in places like Western Illinois University where students and employees blocked Students for Trump from registering new voters.

HAPPY ELECTION DAY: If you haven’t voted yet, vote.

ANALYSIS: TRUE. Biden Family Corruption Does Matter. “Their doubts about Biden are rising as they learn more about corruption scandals surrounding Joe’s son Hunter and brother, Jim. The conventional wisdom — on both right and left, among political strategists in both parties — is that voters care much more about the economy and COVID-19. That’s correct. They do, and the polls show it. But that doesn’t mean the scandals are irrelevant. They matter politically for several reasons, all of them bad for Joe Biden.”

If it matters enough is something we’ll find out tonight.

IS THERE ANYTHING IT CAN’T DO? New Study Finds Taking Aspirin Significantly Lowers Risk Of Complications, Death In COVID-19 Patients. “The study found that COVID-19 patients taking aspirin were nearly 50% less likely to die in the hospital and much less likely to be admitted to the ICU and put on a ventilator.”

Plus: “When you have a disease like COVID that leads to increased formation of blood clots, and then you have a medication like aspirin which thins your blood and prevents those blood clots from forming, it makes clinical sense that it would work.”

SERIOUSLY GUYS, EVEN IF SOME STATION CALLS THE ELECTION BEFORE YOU VOTE:  Vote for Trump!!!

Forget about his manners; stop stomping your foot about how crass he is; and for the love of heaven stop holding your nose up high and pretending you’re too good for this: a vote for Trump is a vote for the constitutional republic.

…  a Republic, if you can keep it!
