NORTH KOREA SAYS US HAS CROSSED A RED LINE: Seems Kim Jong Un’s “supreme dignity” has been challenged. Still, the choice of “red line” is ironic. Will the Kim regime’s Red fascist “red line” on the Korean peninsula prove to be as non-existent as Obama’s “red line” in Syria?

AUSTIN BAY ON THE CLINTON CAMPAIGN’S DEFLECTION EFFORTS: Tailgunner Hillary and the Putin Hack: What Robby Mook did is pure McCarthyism.

Mook did not want to discuss the emails’ contents. The authentic emails prove the DNC sought to stymie Bernie Sanders’ campaign. The system was rigged. The angry reaction of Bernie Sanders-supporting Democrats had shaken the Democratic Party. A split was emerging that threatened Hillary’s coronation.

That was Mook’s immediate political problem—the threat to the convention. He had to deflect from the damaging content. Attacking Trump was a deflection, but implying Trump was in league with a foreign enemy was a sensational deflection.

Robby Mook’s decision to go for sensational deflection tells me he’s from that class of political operatives who believe everything is political. No Robby, everything ain’t political—not in the self-serving, personal and tactical sense of the word your “This Week” shenanigans displayed.

The hack and the calculated timing of the documents release are a serious national security problem—a major political threat in the grand sense of threat to the body politic. The problem they represent is in the same serious league as Hillary’s rogue email server and her grossly negligent mishandling of classified national security information.

So, Robby, those of us fighting for truth insist on revisiting that issue.

Poor security may have permitted the DNC hack—a form of gross negligence. Will you overlook your staff’s gross communication security negligence as blithely as Jim Comey ignored Hillary’s criminal negligence?

Think about it. Mook’s smear of Trump all but admits motivated American enemies hacked Hillary’s server and obtained classified information.

Yep.

ASHE SCHOW: Media won’t ask Chelsea Clinton about her father’s treatment of women.

Ivanka Trump, daughter of GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump, is constantly asked about her father’s treatment of and statements about women. The same cannot be said of Chelsea Clinton, daughter of former President Bill Clinton and Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.

Ivanka has been grilled by CBS, criticized by the Atlantic and asked by many more outlets to defend her father. On Wednesday, CBS published an article about Chelsea calling on Ivanka to ask her father about equal pay.

Here’s an article you won’t see from the mainstream media: Chelsea Clinton being asked to defend her father’s treatment of women, including accusations against him of rape.

The closest anyone came was Comospolitan, who framed the question to Chelsea as an attack from Donald Trump. “Donald Trump has called your dad an abuser of women, and your mom his enabler. What do you think of his attacks on your parents?”

The phrasing of the question allowed Cosmo to pretend they asked a tough question, while really allowing Chelsea to criticize Donald Trump. And that’s exactly what she did.

The obvious reason behind this is that political journalists tend to be extremely liberal. They love Bill Clinton so much, they overlook the serious allegations against him (and his settlement with one of his accusers). So while Chelsea Clinton is allowed to attack Ivanka’s father without consequence, she herself is given a pass on her own father’s actions.

Journalism.

Plus: “Bill Clinton simply receives special treatment because he has a “D” next to his name. He continues to enjoy broad support from Democrats and is invited to speak at numerous high-profile events and paid lavish speaking fees. No other man accused of rape and sexual assault would be allowed anywhere near a Democratic event.”

Just ask that other Bill, Bill Cosby.

HILLARY COMMISSIONS HER OWN DISASTER MOVIE, and gets James Cameron, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Sigourney Weaver to issue an ominous warning about global warming.

Related: Hillary Clinton Really Likes Private Jets; as of the end of February, her campaign spent more than $2 million on them. “While it is not clear which jet Clinton prefers on the campaign trail, or if they routinely switch between the jets they use, Clinton has been pinned on Executive Fliteways’ Falcon 900B ‘heavy jet’ in the past, according to a media reports. Hillary boarded the plane, which burns 347 gallons of fuel per hour, shortly after laying out her campaign’s plan to combat global warming…Clinton’s love of private travel was also made apparent through the Clinton Foundation, which spent more than $50 million on travel between 2003 and 2012.”

DID AUSSIE GOVERNMENT GIVE CLINTON FOUNDATION $20M, $50M OR $88M? The disclosures are all over the map on this question and the confusion reflects the apparent impossibility of knowing who gave how much when to Bill and Hillary’s favorite “charity.” Or into whose pocket the money was deposited after it was given.

Rep. Marsha Blackburn, who led the House effort that prompted the IRS to investigate the Clinton Foundation, told the Daily Caller News Foundation Investigative Group that the foundation “has failed to accurately report tens of millions of dollars in foreign government grants, including some while Hillary Clinton was secretary of state.” Such reporting failure is a federal crime and also under multiple state charitable laws and regulations.

And the drip, drip, drip continues.

VERIZON BUYS YAHOO FOR $4.8 BILLION, WILL KATIE COURIC KEEP HER JOB? “Now that Verizon is purchasing Yahoo’s ‘core assets’ including its news programming, it’s unclear if Couric’s new bosses will want this expensive and damaged asset as the face of ‘America’s number one wireless network.’ And as for Couric’s next act, it’s not clear if there’s anyone left to hire her to fail again for an eight figure salary. But she’ll always have the Hamptons.”
