Since the vast majority of child porn is produced overseas, the U.S. Customs Service and now ICE are the lead agency when it comes child porn investigations because of the border nexus. It’s been this way for decades, so this is nothing new.” Yeah, but this wasn’t a child porn investigation, it was a sex tourism sting.
