Reader Garry Belka emails: ‘Please be advised that in none of the reports on Putin’s dog, new GLONASS dog collar and Putin’s comments at the event in Russian sources he says anything about ‘Soviet Russia.’ That quote is apparently wholly made up, as happens often with a coverage of Russia in the US.”
