SO I’M IN LOUISVILLE, where I’ll be talking about the Second Amendment and the Heller case tomorrow. (“Scheduled posts” kept the site hopping while I drove, somewhat blearily, up from Knoxville, though I did stop at a Cracker Barrel in Lexington for coffee and a quick blog-and-email check.) I don’t think I’ll see much of the fleshpots while I’m here, though there’s a blogger get-together in an hour or so that I’ll visit.
