CLINTON / OBAMA: It looks like whatever happens it’ll be close enough to keep them both going. That means that the primary will stay hot for a while, unless your name is John Edwards. The best part about this election so far is the way it’s made the predictors look bad . . . .

The downside is that all the candidates already look exhausted. Whoever wins the nominations will then face another grueling campaign season. Then the winner will take office as President — already worn out?
