But there’s no evidence to suggest either Clinton has any interest in applying these techniques to tougher adversaries beyond these shores.” Hmm. Well, Hillary has been pretty good on the war — she’s gotten wimpier of late as a matter of political positioning, but less so than, say, Chuck Hagel.
