NOW OUT: Neck & Neck (Earl Town Book 3).
BOOK REVIEW: I got my book Built from Broken: A Science-Based Guide to Healing Painful Joints, Preventing Injuries, and Rebuilding Your Body in the mail yesterday and read part of it last night. I must say, for the price, it is a large book full of information and clear pictures of exercises that make them fairly easy to replicate. The book came at a good time as I did three yoga classes last week (what was I thinking?) and pulled my back muscles out. For the last two days, I have been limping around and trying to figure out how to get better. The book goes through reasons that you pull muscles and takes a different twist on how to fix them. It gives specific exercises for problem areas and helped me re-think how I was doing some of my stretching. For example, I was using a foam roller between my shoulder blades and the book said to strengthen your lats, roll your forearms going forward on the foam roller instead. I tried it and it really helped. I definitely think the book is helpful and would recommend it if you want some new and perhaps better ideas about how to relieve pain and fine-tune the workouts you already do.
If you ordered or have read the book, let us know what you think. (Bumped)

BOOK I AM READING NOW: How to Retire Overseas: Everything You Need to Know to Live Well (for Less) Abroad. It’s actually really good, it gives a list of reasons to move to each country, how to get health insurance, and which countries have ex-pats etc. I used to think I couldn’t live in another country but as things get worse here, other places are looking better.
