COLORADO: While some candidate signs are being damaged, others are simply deceiving neighbors.
With ongoing reports of political yard signs being vandalized and stolen, it appears yard signs are also being used to deceive neighborhoods about who is supporting presidential candidate Joe Biden, apparently in hopes of swaying Republicans to abandon Donald Trump.
Complete Colorado was contacted about signs in a west Greeley neighborhood that read “I’m a Republican but not a fool. Biden for president.” The neighbors who contacted Complete Colorado said the sign did not accurately reflect the true political affiliation of the homeowners and felt it needed to be fact checked.
As fact checking political advertisement is commonplace and property and voting records are a matter of public record, Complete Colorado did investigate the allegations and found the neighbors to be correct.
Sad.

And that is what the email and text scandal concerns: Evidence that Joe Biden, while vice president of the United States, knowingly allowed his son to profit by selling access to Biden and others in the Obama administration, including to Communist Party of China leaders, and then lied about it.
The emails and texts Joe personally received also suggest a cut from Hunter’s influence-peddling. For instance, one email published by the New York Post detailed a deal Hunter Biden pursued with China’s largest private energy company that was “interesting for me and my family.”

OUCH: AMC offers private theater rentals for as little as $99. “The USA’s largest cinema chain AMC is making its screens available for private hire, allowing groups of up to 20 people to watch a film on the big screen without having to share an auditorium with strangers. The move joins cinema chains Cinemark and Alamo Drafthouse, which SlashFilm reports started offering similar screenings earlier this summer. AMC is offering a selection of new and old films to watch, with auditorium rental prices starting at $99 plus tax.”
Twenty people, tops? That isn’t enough of a crowd to recreate “the movie theater experience” people can’t get at home.

KEEP IT ZIPPED: New Yorker Suspends Jeffrey Toobin for Zoom Dick Incident.
Toobin said in a statement to Motherboard: “I made an embarrassingly stupid mistake, believing I was off-camera. I apologize to my wife, family, friends and co-workers.”
“I believed I was not visible on Zoom. I thought no one on the Zoom call could see me. I thought I had muted the Zoom video,” he added.
New Yorker spokesperson Natalie Raabe said: “Jeffrey Toobin has been suspended while we investigate the matter.”
Toobin’s Conde Nast email has been disabled and he has not tweeted since October 13. He did, however, appear on CNN, where he is the network’s chief legal analyst, on Saturday. CNN did not respond to a request for comment.
Neither could Anthony Weiner.
UPDATE (From Ed): This is CNN: “Jeff Toobin has asked for some time off while he deals with a personal issue, which we have granted.” As one wag replied on Twitter, “HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Isn’t that what got him in trouble to begin with?”
