A field organizer for Democratic Socialist of America-aligned (DSA) candidate William Lawrence in Michigan—despite saying that it was “bad” that Charlie Kirk was assassinated—justified the shooting, claiming that Kirk “incited a lot of violence, and sometimes you get what you f*cking get.” Lawrence is running in Michigan’s 7th Congressional District and has billed himself as an average progressive.
In video obtained by The Post Millennial, Adrian Slear, a field organizer for Lawrence, told an undercover journalist that Charlie Kirk’s murder was essentially justified. “Someone gets shot with a gun: violence bad,” the man with a “Decolonize Palestine” shirt said.

“So it’s like, my parents, like when I talk to them about it, it’s like, ‘Well violence is not good. We shouldn’t be allowing it.’ I’m like yes, but the violence happens. It happens. Sorry it happens. This is a world full of f*cking violence and Charlie Kirk incited a lot of violence and he encouraged a lot of violence. And sometimes you get what you f*cking get.”
When they tell you they approve of assassinating their political opponents, believe them.
