CHRISTIAN TOTO: Is Bill Burr Still on Team Luigi?
The Massachusetts native set woke snowflakes’ blue hair ablaze with his gags. He attacked DEI gone wild, mocking those who insist actors only take roles that reflect their actual life, background or physical state.
“‘Why is there an able-bodied person playing a quadriplegic?’” Burr said about Bryan Cranston’s starring role in “The Upside,” the tale of a quadriplegic in distress. “It’s called acting, you dumb f***.”
Glorious.
That Bill Burr may be gone for good. The comic actor hasn’t been as outrageous or funny in some time. He’s all over the map when it comes to the woke mind virus now, often sounding like a second-rate Hasan Piker.

Bill Burr was once a terrific comedian. One of my favorites. One of the best in the business, if not the best. Back in the old days, he had this sort of blue-collar thing going on. Kind of a redheaded Archie Bunker.
Well, now all his hair is gone, and so is his common sense.
Here he is talking to Rolling Stone magazine about who’s responsible for the actions of Luigi Mangione.

“They all seem to function like the CIA, which is really sort of like indicative of… that you’re kind of doing something wrong. I mean, if you look at all of this stuff… Like, the response to the Luigi thing was not to be like, ‘Well, hey, maybe we need to look at what we’re doing, if what we’re doing makes some crazy person do this.’ Their response was to take their faces off of the internet and get security. It’s like, you don’t think you need to examine? You know what I mean? It’s like, you’re not the president. You’re just the CEO of a business.”
Alright, let’s unpack that.
He’s talking about UnitedHealthcare, the company’s reaction after one of their executives was murdered. Shot in the back by a coward. And how people like Bill Burr cheered the murderer.
“The people at that company made a crazy person do this.” That’s what he’s saying. Mangione isn’t responsible for his own actions. They did this to themselves.
He’s blaming the victim. He’s justifying murder. He’s telling those people to capitulate to the demands of a terrorist.
“Why do you need security? You’re not the president.” They just watched their colleague gunned down in the street! And heard the massive cheer among Bill’s fellow commies!
Bill Burr, man. He had one of the greatest comedic minds of his generation, and now it’s gone. His mind is gone. I don’t know how you come back from this.
Was he this way all along, but he wasn’t rich enough yet to say what he really thought? Did his dumb leftist wife do this to him? I don’t know.
Again, as disappointed as I am, I want this guy to tell me who he really is now. I’ve now been disabused of the notion that he’s a good person.
It’s not funny, but it’s true.
