Obama prosecuted more leakers and whistleblowers than all previous presidents combined.

This was pointed out by CNN's Jake Tapper, confirmed by PolitiFact, and the ACLU criticized Obama for it.

Maybe Tapper’s schtick would be less tiresome if it weren’t entirely one-sided.
