They were charged with allegedly violating 18 U.S. Code § 241, with the DOJ saying the charges related to ‘Conspiracy Against Rights Secured by Federal Law, namely, the free exercise of religion at a place of religious worship secured by’ the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances, commonly known as the FACE Act.”
