NOT ALL TRANSGENDER ISSUES ARE CREATED EQUAL: Why did the Department of Defense take a year and a 44-page memo to decide how to deal with transgenders in the military while the Department of Justice and the Department of Education withdrew their joint transgender bathroom/locker room/shower guidance within weeks of Trump’s inauguration? Because DOD had to devise an actual policy.
