I’m told YORDANIS COBOS-MARTINEZ was released from ICE custody by the Biden admin on 1/13/2025, one week before Trump took office, due to “no significant likelihood of removal in the forseeable future”. The Biden admin didn’t believe they could enforce his deportation order and remove him because Cuba doesn’t cooperate, and they did not conduct third party country deportations the way the Trump administration does. (sending aliens to countries they aren’t nationals of).
Cobos-Martinez has a prior criminal history of:
False imprisonment in CA (unknown disposition)
Indecency with a child in Texas (dismissed)
Grand theft of vehicle in Florida (dismissed)
Carjacking & false imprisonment in CA (acquitted on carjacking, convicted of false imprisonment).Disturbing surveillance video shows Cobos-Martinez allegedly kicking and picking up the victim’s severed head in the motel parking lot as it drips blood, before he places it into a dumpster. It reportedly all started with an argument with the motel manager, and the beheading took place in front of the victim’s wife and son.
Bring back public executions.
And maybe also the pillory for the people who enable these killers.
