CHINA IMPLEMENTING DYSTOPIAN PLAN TO RATE PEOPLE BASED ON SOCIAL BEHAVIOR.

That’s not creepy at all. Though to be fair, it’s not that first time that China has tried such a system.

He is the member of an anti-revolutionary group and, according to the writing on the cap, he has been accused of being a political pickpocket. This picture was made in the Peking on Jan. 25, 1967 and was obtained froom Japanese sources in Tokyo.
