VANDALS TEAR THROUGH CHABAD HOUSE IN KANSAS CITY, MO.
“We have full faith in the local authorities to get to the bottom of this,” said Rabbi Yitzchak “Itche” Itkin, director of Chabad on the Plaza. “We have had minor incidents in the past but nothing like this.”
After notifying the police, Itkin spread the word about what had happened on social media, writing online: “There is nothing more disturbing than walking into the Chabad House for an early-morning Torah class and finding the place torn up. Papers and books everywhere, electric wires ripped out, plumbing cut with water pouring everywhere. That was my reality this week.”
He also posted photos showing the extent of the damage and announced a fundraising campaign to rebuild. Within hours, tens of thousands of dollars had been pledged with the campaign closing on Sunday having raised more than $91,000, almost double the funds needed.
Though there has been no motive identified, the Anti-Defamation League Heartland branch said it was “deeply concerned by the shocking vandalism … . The targeting of this house of worship, especially during the festive holiday of Hanukkah, is particularly distributing and inflicts concern and fear in the larger community.”

JOE ROGAN: I Used To Look At CNN As Where You Get The News, Now They Are “F*cking Propagandists.”
“Maybe this is just my bias, I want the news. I want objective news. I want someone to tell me what are the facts of what’s going on? And what’s happening? I don’t want your ideological slant. And I want this left-wing propaganda network, which is what CNN has become,” Rogan said.
“The way I look at CNN now is so differently than the way I looked at CNN 15-20 years ago,” the host said. “I used to look at them as like, this is how I get the news. This is unbiased, professional news. They’re going to tell me what’s happening in Pakistan and what’s happening in, you know, Mogadishu. These are the real journalists that are telling you the news. Now, I look at them, I’m like, you f*cking* propagandists, what are you, the right arm of Pfizer?”
The late Michael Crichton coined the “Gell-Mann Amnesia Effect” in 2002:
“Briefly stated, the Gell-Mann Amnesia effect is as follows. You open the newspaper to an article on some subject you know well. In Murray’s case, physics. In mine, show business. You read the article and see the journalist has absolutely no understanding of either the facts or the issues. Often, the article is so wrong it actually presents the story backward—reversing cause and effect. I call these the “wet streets cause rain” stories. Paper’s full of them.
In any case, you read with exasperation or amusement the multiple errors in a story, and then turn the page to national or international affairs, and read as if the rest of the newspaper was somehow more accurate about Palestine than the baloney you just read. You turn the page, and forget what you know.”
Rogan had his version up close and personal: Joe Rogan’s Dust-Up With CNN’s Dr. Sanjay Gupta Exposes the Narrative:
Rogan continued to ask why the network would lie about a Nobel prize-winning drug that had cured blindness due to a parasitic infection in millions of people, suggesting it was only used in animals. Rogan asked, “Does it bother you the news network you work for out and out lied? Just outright lied about me taking horse dewormer?” Gupta responded, “They shouldn’t have said that.”
That’s what Gupta told Rogan while in his studio. The following day, however: CNN’s Effort to Clean up the Gupta Train Wreck Interview Proves Joe Rogan’s Point:
CNN’s [Don Lemon]: “It is not a lie to say that [Ivermectin] is used as a horse de-wormer. I think that’s important. And it is not approved for Covid.”
[Gupta]: “Correct … If you look at the data, there is no evidence that it really works [against Covid].”
This is CNN. “But that’s the problem with CNN in a nutshell, and it’s the point that Rogan was making,” Red State’s Nick Arama writes. “They don’t care about the truth; it’s all about narrative.”

TO BE FAIR, THIS REALLY WAS THE FUTURE I WAS PROMISED IN THE 1970s: Controversial ‘suicide pod’ that ‘kills peacefully’ gets go-ahead in Switzerland.
A coffin-like capsule that allows people to end their life could be used in Switzerland from next year, its creators say.
The Sarco suicide pod allows a user to lie down and activate the process themselves within a matter of minutes.
Individuals are asked a series of questions before they can press a button, which brings oxygen down to a critical level.
Nitrogen fills the 3D-printed device, quickly bringing oxygen down from 21 percent to only 1 percent in about 30 seconds.
A “disorientated” and “euphoric” feeling then follows, before they eventually lose consciousness.
Death takes place due to hypoxia (low oxygen in the body’s tissues) and hypocapnia (reduced carbon dioxide in the blood), followed by critical oxygen and carbon dioxide deprivation.
Dr. Philip Nitschke, whose Exit International organization came up with the capsule, told local media there is “no panic, no choking feeling”.
“The machine can be towed anywhere for the death,” he said.
“It can be in an idyllic outdoor setting or in the premises of an assisted suicide organization, for example.”
I’m pretty sure that Charlton Heston and Edward G. Robinson didn’t intend for Soylent Green to be a how-to guide for euthanasia. On the other hand, points to the designer for his timing:

DASVIDANIYA, COMRADE: Saule Omarova Withdraws Name From Comptroller of Currency Consideration.
President Joe Biden’s pick to lead a key U.S. banking regulator has withdrawn her name from consideration, according to a statement from the White House.
Biden accepted Saule Omarova’s request to no longer be the nominee to serve as Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, according to a statement Tuesday.
Headlines like this didn’t help Omarova’s case: Biden Comptroller pick Saule Omarova refuses to turn over Moscow State University thesis on Marxism.
Not to mention:
● “Omarova has endorsed radical proposals for government control and regulation of the banking sector. In a paper entitled The People’s Ledger, she argues for a ‘systematic democratization of finance’ where citizens have government bank accounts with the Federal Reserve that ‘fully replace—rather than compete with— private bank deposits.’ Omarova openly admits that her ‘proposed reform will effectively ‘end banking’ as we know it.’”
● Study: Nets Silent on Radical Biden Nominee: Praised Soviet Union, Wants to Destroy Oil, Gas.
This may be the most radical Biden nominee you’ve never heard of. On Thursday, Saule Omarova is set to face Senate hearings to head Comptroller of the Currency, a branch of the Treasury Department. Who is this woman? She appears enchanted with Soviet Russia, and “wants” to bankrupt industries. And ABC, CBS and NBC haven’t said a word about her.
The Cornell University law professor back in February appeared at a “social wealth seminar” and said this: “What I’m thinking about primarily is primarily the coal industry and the oil and gas industry. A lot of the smaller players in that industry are going to probably go bankrupt in short order. At least we want them to go bankrupt if we want to tackle climate change, right?”
But that’s only the start. Back in 2019, she praised the old USSR, a regime that murdered tens of millions of people, because they didn’t have a “gender pay gap.”
Also on Omarova’s mind: “Omarova has endorsed radical proposals for government control and regulation of the banking sector.
