BECAUSE SCIENCE IS LIKE THAT:  Newsmax and Twitter Suspend Emerald Robinson for Vaccine Wrongthink.

Once the dogma is proclaimed, if you go against it, you must be silenced you heretic.

Oh, wait. My bad. Appears that’s actually religion. Science is a process of challenge and reasoning the reasons behind cases that don’t conform to theory.  Uh. Has anyone told the left that?

I ALSO REFUSE: I refuse.

Collective guilt and guilt by association and guilt by “they looked like you” is the most vile form of power grabbing. It is also what unmakes civilization.

Not me. I wasn’t there. I wasn’t born. No sale. Let my people go.

SURE. YOU CAN LOOK AT IT THAT WAY:  Yuri Bezmenov’s Marxist Crisis Is Near.

It is the novel view, if you will. The surface plot. The thing to remember is that novels aren’t real life. In novels, dictators build the kingdom of a thousand years. In the real world they get taken out because they suck at feeding their people, and are completely insane.

Same thing. The important thing to remember is that this is the Marxist’s view. They think it’s so close. But they never counted on distributed media, peer to peer communication, etc. Remember that the Soviet Union was taken down by…. faxes?

This is exactly like trying to build the Berlin wall while people are taking it down with their bare hands. Communism is a pernicious fantasy. Even if it wins, the win will be measured in weeks. But it won’t win. The current Junta is destroying everything and stomping around like crazy idiots, because they think Xi will save them. If they’re lucky, they end up put in a plane and sent to Xi. And remember, the Chinese in China will eat anything. Particularly in what’s headed for them as the Universal consumer stops being able to afford their crap.

AN UNUSUAL ADMISSION: ‘I Was Wrong’: Young Turks’ Kasparian Admits She Bought Into False Rittenhouse Narrative.

Ana Kasparian, a cohost of the popular progressive online news show “The Young Turks,” shockingly revealed last week that she “was wrong” about key facts concerning the case of Kyle Rittenhouse.

Kasparian said she thought Rittenhouse first chased after Joseph Rosenbaum, sparking the incident that ended with the teen fatally shooting Rosenbaum. However, it was Rosenbaum who chased after Rittenhouse. Moreover, a gun was fired from a third party just seconds before Rittenhouse fatally shot Rosenbaum.

“I was wrong about that, okay, so I want to correct the record,” Kasparian said on her news show.

Well, good on her for correcting the error.

OF COURSE HE DID: Cuomo dished about Kennedy sexcapades, AIDS to his staff, ‘Penis Politics’ claims. “New York’s former creep-in- chief Andrew Cuomo lives up to the billing of his sex accusers in a scathing new tome by his female former press secretary. . . . Hinton — who has previously accused an ‘aroused’ Cuomo of inappropriately hugging her in a hotel room — said the ex-gov had no problem joking about AIDS when laughing over the infamous cigar-sex incident between then-President Bill Clinton and White House intern Monica Lewinsky in 1998. . . . Cuomo resigned as governor in August after a slew of women accused him of sexual harassment.”

MARS IS THE KIND OF PLACE TO RAISE YOUR KIDS. THE HAPPY MEALS HAVE LOCAL KETCHUP. Heinz debuts ‘Marz’ Edition ketchup made with tomatoes grown in Mars conditions. “Heinz on Monday (Nov. 8) revealed its first bottle of “Marz Edition” ketchup, a sauce made from the same premium-quality tomatoes as used in its popular Earth-based edition, but grown in the same harsh conditions as found on Mars. More than just a new label, the Mars-ready condiment is the product of two years of research conducted by a team of astrobiologists at the Florida Institute of Technology’s Aldrin Space Institute.”

DON’T GET COCKY: For Democrats, the future goes from bad to worse.

Democrats better hope things are darkest before the dawn because they now face a series of challenges that combine to offer a bleak near-term future for their party.

As I argued three weeks ago in this column space, two trends were preparing to collide in Virginia — Democrats’ growing strength in the commonwealth and in a handful of increasingly influential suburbs, and the midterm dynamic, which favors the party not controlling the White House. I suggested that the outcome would likely tell us something about 2022.

Well, the results from Virginia and, even more, from New Jersey, delivered nothing but bad news for Democrats.

In the Virginia governor’s race, Republican Glenn Youngkin won by 2 points just a year after Joe Biden carried the state by 10 points. In New Jersey, long-shot Republican former Assemblyman Jack Ciattarelli came within 3 points of upsetting the state’s sitting governor, Democrat Phil Murphy. Democrats also lost control of the Virginia House of Delegates.

Yes, there were local factors at play. Youngkin turned out to be a very good campaigner, and in the Garden State, property taxes helped Ciattarelli almost pull off the upset.

But the results confirm that the midterm dynamic was much stronger this year than were the fundamental trends in both states. That’s great news for Republicans heading into 2022.
