K-12 IMPLOSION UPDATE: A first: Judge delivers a blow to Abbott’s ban on mask mandates in schools with temporary restraining order. “For those keeping score at home, Bexar County Civil District Court Judge Toni Arteaga is a Democrat. She was first elected in 2008 and her current term on the bench ends on December 31, 2024.”

And hey, what the hell, people have been predicting financial disaster for decades as the debt and deficit grow. Maybe it won’t happen. But I feel like sooner or later they have to be right.
DOUBLE STANDARDS: Cuomo Supported the MeToo Movement Until He Was Targeted. The real reason people didn’t come forward sooner is that they knew Cuomo would be defended by the entire Democratic media/political establishment. I mean, if it could turn a blind eye to thousands of deaths . . .
READER BOOK RECOMMENDATIONS: Jim Butcher’s The Dresden files.
FORGET THE POLICE, DEFUND PUBLIC SCHOOLS: Oklahoma schools vow to defy state’s anti-critical race theory law.
MSNBC ANALYST GETS SHREDDED BY BEN SHAPIRO ON HBO, IS UPSET WHEN TWEETERS START POINTING IT OUT. “There were also times where even Maher was sort of getting tired of Nance’s inability to take the discussion seriously. Also, why would Nance even care about ‘bots’ if he knew he did well? Who cares about trolls in these circumstances? Most people ignore them, not Nance in this case. Maybe he was just bothered that Shapiro got the best of him. It happens.”
CAMPUS SPEAKING FEES ARE JUST PART OF THE LEFT’S MONEY LAUNDRY: EXCLUSIVE: ASU student government paid communist $15,000 for virtual speech. It’s how lefty activists are paid, in the left’s favorite way — with other people’s money, extracted involuntarily.
