EVEN STATE A.G.’S FACE CONSEQUENCES: “U.S. District Judge Ed Kinkeade ruled yesterday that Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey (D) and New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman (D) should appear in Dallas on Dec. 13. The judge will enter a second order regarding Schneiderman’s deposition after he files an answer in the case.”

PROPER RESPONSE IS “FUCK CAUTION, I’M FLYING IT:” Nebraska school urges students not to fly American flags on their cars, ‘out of an abundance of caution.’

Plus: “I think having more legal immigration to America is important to continued American greatness. (I say this as an immigrant myself, but I think non-immigrants have reason to take the same view.) But if immigration means reduction in our rights as Americans — the right to fly American flags, whether as a sign of patriotism or as an expression of sentiments critical of immigration, the right to own guns, or other rights — then those costs to freedom may well outweigh the benefits that immigration might provide.”

WHEN UNIVERSITIES TAKE SIDES: UPD officer resigns after shouting “Make America Great Again” at students. “Trump’s election has been a source of anxiety for many University students, some of whom have responded by organizing a vigil for students to voice their concerns and signing on to a letter to University President Teresa Sullivan in support of undocumented students. Student protesters who interrupted the Board of Visitors meeting on Nov. 11 included firing the officers in their list of demands.”

SEEN ON FACEBOOK: “All these newspaper columnists asking ‘How do I explain Trump and hatred and all the awfulness of the new America to my SEVEN-YEAR-OLD?’ You don’t. You let your seven-year-old go outside and play football with the other kids in the hope that it will toughen him up so that he doesn’t turn into the same kind of nervy, weeping, narcissistic asshat you have clearly become.”

SEEN ON FACEBOOK: “You don’t get to appoint Eric Holder, Thomas Perez, Sonia Sotomayor, Ken Salazar, Ernest Moniz, Lisa Jackson and Tim Geithner and then turn around and criticize the Republican who comes along for going hard-core with his people. You really don’t get to do that. You lost. Shut up.”

ROBERT STEINBUCH: The Dangerous Language Of The Left. “I’m reminded of the then-readily discounted caution extended to Democrats in the Senate when they abandoned the filibuster for most presidential appointments: be careful what you wish for. Grabbing that snake’s tail may not prove useful to you in the long run.”

LIZ SHELD: Are Men Bothering You at Work? Call 1-800-MANSPLAIN. “Are you a lady who is tired of men bothering you at work by offering unsolicited advice? Sweden’s largest workers union has set up a hotline for women ‘to report their condescending male colleagues.'”

Totally, 100%, completely unrelated: ‘Feminist’ Snow-Plowing System Brings Stockholm to a Standstill.

A “feminist” strategy for clearing the roads of snow in Stockholm ended in failure as the city ground to a halt in recent days.

A new system, suggested by progressive politicians in the Swedish city, tore up tried and tested snow plow routes and diverted them to areas said to be used more by women.

But the inevitable consequence was that other spaces – like main roads – were clogged up for longer, and it became impossible to get around. Public transport failed, traffic piled up and injuries requiring a hospital visit reportedly spiked.

The disaster struck despite a $270,000 increase in this year’s snow removal budget meant to help the new system succeed.

Who could have seen this coming?

A READER EMAILS: “I’ve noticed many feminists and other Hillary Clinton supporters writing very public letters to their daughters bewailing Mrs. Clinton’s loss. Don’t any of those people have sons?”

THE NARRATIVE DEMANDS DISARRAY, THEREFORE DISARRAY SHALL BE REPORTED:

On that precise point, the New York Times, in a widely circulated article, will describe this day at Trump Tower as a scene of “disarray” for the transition team. In fact, it’s all hands on: Mike Pence, the vice president-elect and transition chief, and Reince Priebus, the new chief of staff, shuttling between full conference rooms; Jared Kushner, Trump’s son-in-law and by many accounts his closest advisor, conferring in the halls; Sen. Jeff Sessions in and out of meetings on the transition team floor; Rudy Giuliani upstairs with Trump (overheard: “Is the boss meeting-meeting with Rudy or just shooting the shit?”), and Bannon with a long line of men and women outside his corner office. If this is disarray, it’s a peculiarly focused and organized kind.

How about that?

ROAD WARRIOR: OHP trooper arrests man for driving 208 mph on Oklahoma turnpike.

The patrol says Trooper Ryan Smith pulled over the man Saturday on the Kilpatrick Turnpike in Oklahoma City. Authorities say the man was driving a Ford Mustang and the trooper’s radar clocked the car at 176 mph and then 208 mph.

Authorities say the driver attempted to elude the state trooper — turning off his headlights and brake lights at one point — but he was eventually pulled over at a red light. The highway patrol says the driver stopped his car and dropped his keys out of the window.

The highway patrol says the driver was arrested on complaints of reckless driving and felony eluding.

Extremely poor judgement, but maybe a helluva ad for Ford’s Mustang.

LET ME LIVE THAT FANTASY: Buckingham Palace Renovation Plan Unveiled With $458 Million Price Tag.

“Buckingham Palace is one of the most iconic buildings in the world, and this program is designed to extend its working life by a further 50 years,” said Tony Johnstone-Burt, the master of the queen’s household. “The program addresses parts of the structure you can’t see from the outside: the plumbing, electrics and other essential building services which have gone six decades without a comprehensive upgrade.”

Buckingham Palace has served as the official London residence of Britain’s monarch since 1837.

The upgrades will replace “miles of aging cables, lead pipes and electrical wiring,” but what about the wifi?
