HIGHER EDUCATION BUBBLE UPDATE: Washington Post: Obama administration delivers ‘a nasty surprise’ to black college students, parents. “The Obama administration has begun denying student loans to disproportionately large numbers of black parents because of blemished credit histories.” He’s made out to be the bad guy here, but denying credit to people who can’t afford it is not doing them a disservice.
