VIDEO: DID JEB BUSH COLD-SHOULDER RUBIO DURING A BREAK IN THE DEBATE?

Their relationship at the moment certainly appears just a tad chillier than this 2005 AP photo, which I found to illustrate Steve Green’s Drunkblog post last night:
